Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges in case the jewellery is not 100% right for you, unless it is a personalised piece. 

Returns:

  • Contact us and ship your item back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order
  • We recommend a tracked/recorded service
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging
  • Personalised jewellery are not refundable i.e. name necklaces, engraved rings 
  • Within 5 working days of our receipt, your refund will be issued to your original payment method used at purchase.
  • There will be no deduction for standard shipping, however the additional payment for non-standard delivery is non refundable

Exchanges:

  • Contact us and ship your item back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order
  • We recommend a tracked/recorded service
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging
  • Let us know which jewellery in replacement you would like.
  • We will work out any difference in price.
  • There will be no charge for exchange, but we will have to charge for shipping
  • We cannot accept returns on personalised jewellery.
  • Personalised jewellery are not exchangeable.

Exceptions for Christmas Gifts:

  • Any gift ordered from us between November 1st to December 24th has an extended eligibility for return up to January 31st
